Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting a CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work on a temporary, ongoing supply basis across a variety of welcoming nurseries and early years settings throughout Sheffield. This CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner opportunity offers flexibility whilst allowing you to support children aged 0-5 within a range of nurturing early years environments. Working as a CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner in Sheffield provides the opportunity to gain experience across different settings, with potential long-term and temporary to permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

Position: CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: -14.24 - -15.00 per hour (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP or a start date that works for you

About the Role

Working as a CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner in Sheffield, you will support children''s learning, development and wellbeing through engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. The CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role in Sheffield involves helping to create safe, stimulating and inclusive environments where children can develop confidence, independence and key early learning skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 with their learning and development
• Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Encourage communication, independence and social development
• Support daily routines, play and learning activities
• Build positive relationships with children and colleagues
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Candidate Requirements

• CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
