The primary focus will be installing, terminating, testing and maintaining Cat5e and Cat6 structured cabling. The successful candidate should also be comfortable installing communications cabinets and working with switches, routers, wireless access points and other network equipment. Experience with fibre cabling and wireless point-to-point installations would be particularly valuable. Previous exposure to CCTV or access-control systems would be useful but is not required. This is a hands-on field position requiring someone who can complete installations neatly, safely and professionally while working independently at customer premises.
