You will be responsible for assembling cable harnesses, PCB assemblies and sub-assemblies, working from technical drawings, schematics and detailed instructions. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities Assemble cables, PCB assemblies and sub-assemblies. Read and follow technical drawings, schematics and instructions. Carry out soldering, wire stripping and crimping. Complete point-to-point and semi-automated testing. Use hand and power tools to assemble components. Check completed work to ensure it meets quality standards. Identify and report defective parts or issues. Maintain a clean and organised working environment. Work effectively as part of a small team.
