Cable Pull Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cable Pulling Manager to lead and coordinate cable installation activities across our power projects, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery in line with customer, DNO/IDNO and project requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven operational leader with strong underground power cable installation experience to play a key role in the continued growth of our power delivery capability. Responsibilities Lead and manage cable pulling activities across multiple power infrastructure projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved specifications and programmes. Coordinate cable pulling teams, supervisors, subcontractors and specialist resources to support project delivery objectives. Ensure approved RAMS, pulling plans, site controls and safe systems of work are implemented and followed. Verify route readiness, including ducts, trenches, chambers, joint bays, access arrangements and associated infrastructure before mobilisation. Ensure cable installations comply with approved drawings, cable schedules, DNO/IDNO specifications and manufacturer requirements. Oversee cable handling and installation activities, ensuring pulling tensions, bend radius requirements and installation techniques remain within approved limits.
