Cable Operations Engineer

Operations Manager About the Opportunity We are supporting a specialist engineering and marine services organisation in the search for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of complex offshore infrastructure projects. This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing project execution, vessel operations, subcontractors, and client relationships across a portfolio of marine and subsea works. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational performance, safety standards, and project success. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of offshore infrastructure projects, ensuring safe and efficient execution. Manage offshore teams, marine assets, and specialist subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain operational procedures, work methods, and supporting documentation. Build and manage relationships with subcontractors and key suppliers. Provide operational and technical input during tender and bid activities. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, project performance, and commercial outcomes. Support the development and mentoring of operational personnel.
