Hunters'' client, a well-established and innovative manufacturer, is looking for a Cable Assembly Technician to join their growing production team in Worthing.
 
 
Cable Assembly Technician - The Role

Working as part of a skilled manufacturing team, you''ll be responsible for producing high-quality cable assemblies and electrical products to exact customer specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and assembling specialist cable assemblies and wiring looms
• Soldering, crimping, stripping, and terminating cables to a high standard
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Carrying out quality inspections throughout the build process to ensure every product meets exact specifications
• Maintaining a clean, organised workspace while supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Cable Assembly Technician - The Fit

• Previous cable assembly and soldering experience is essential
• Confident using hand tools and working on precision assemblies
• Able to read technical drawings and follow detailed build instructions
• Exceptional attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
• Positive, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
