You will work closely with production control and the wider cabling team to ensure smooth flow through production and timely completion of assemblies. Key Responsibilities Assemble prototype and production cable assemblies accurately to engineering drawings. Record and highlight any modifications made during the build process to the Team Leader. Liaise with Production Control regarding incomplete kits. Crimp pins onto wires and fit connectors to drawing requirements. Lace cables using Kevlar or Nylon cord. Apply braid and heatshrink to cable looms. Verify cable dimensions using basic measuring equipment. Carry out continuity testing on all cables. Apply identification labels to cable assemblies.
