Connect Appointments is recruiting a Cabin Fitter/Plumber to join an established cabin and container manufacturing business based in Bury.Our client manufactures and fits out site welfare cabins, containers and towable units, offering a varied daily workload across plumbing, carpentry and general fitting.What''s on offer?Full-time permanent positionMonday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:45pm - with an early Friday finish 15.10 per hour + profit share bonus scheme22 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday leave and Christmas closureEmployee health cover and death in service benefitCompany pension, cycle to work scheme and free on-site parkingEmployee discount scheme and birthday voucherAs a Cabin Fitter/Plumber, your duties will include:Installing and repairing push fit, soldered and compression fit plumbing across waste and fresh pipeworkCarrying out stud work, boarding, trimming and general fitting within cabins and containersInterpreting production drawings to ensure precise installation of internal and external componentsTesting and commissioning completed units to safety and quality standardsOperating and maintaining power tools and machinery in line with best practiceAdapting to a varied daily workload across manufacturing and installation tasksTo be considered as a Cabin Fitter/Plumber, you will need:NVQ Level 2 in plumbing or equivalent experienceA multi-trade background with experience across plumbing and carpentryThe ability to interpret production drawings accuratelyA ..... full job details .....
