Key Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and carry out painting and finishing work Undertake basic plumbing tasks Install and repair windows and doors Carry out general maintenance and refurbishment work Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely Remove and replace flooring, wall panels, and ceiling panels Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations Support a range of tasks as required within the refurbishment process Skills andamp; Experience Required Previous experience in a multi-skilled or semi-skilled role Basic knowledge of joinery, plumbing, and/or electrical work Strong practical skills with the ability to carry out general DIY tasks Ability to use hand and power tools confidently Good attention to detail and commitment to quality Flexible approach and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks Personal Attributes Reliable and hardworking Positive, can-do attitude Ability to work independ...
