      <description>Location: London | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Contract | C# .NET Developer - Global Investment Bank - London   My client, a leading global bank is looking for a C# .NET Developer to join its technology team in London, supporting critical business applications used across international markets.  This is a hands-on role focused on desktop application development (WPF / WinForms) combined with ongoing production support and enhancements.      Key Responsibilities    Develop and maintain  C# .NET desktop applications (WPF / WinForms)   Work across the full development lifecycle (design, build, testing, release)  Support and troubleshoot  production systems and live environments   Collaborate with global teams including infrastructure, support, and business users  Contribute to system improvements, upgrades, and performance optimisation       Essential Skills    Strong experience with  C# / .NET   Proven experience with  WPF and/or WinForms   Experience developing  desktop-based applications   Ability to support and troubleshoot live systems       Desirable Skills    Experience with  SQL (SQL Server and/or Oracle)   Knowledge of  database querying or scripting (T-SQL / PL/SQL)   Exposure to financial services or banking environments &lt;/ul</description>
