What You''ll Be Getting Stuck Into

From idea to online - you''ll help make it happen:

- Bringing new products to life in our systems (styles, colours, pricing - the works!)

- Assigning barcodes, updating range plans, and making sure everything is accurate and ready to go

- Supporting the buying team with smooth product launches and seamless data management

Master of the purchase order game:

- Raising and managing purchase orders like a pro

- Keeping everything up to date - from delivery dates to pricing tweaks

- Working closely with suppliers to ensure everything lands exactly as planned

Sample guru in the making:

- Organising, labelling, and managing samples (yes, you''ll be hands-on with the product!)

- Supporting photoshoots and making sure everything looks perfect behind the scenes

- Keeping sample storage neat, tidy, and under control

The heartbeat of delivery & logistics:

- Tracking incoming stock and producing weekly reports that keep the whole business in the loop

- Liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to keep deliveries on track

- Solving problems, chasing updates, and keeping everyone informed

Beyond the Basics

This role is packed with variety - no two days are the same. You''ll also:

- Analyse reports and help track bestsellers

- Support launches and check everything is spot-on

- Prepare colour palettes and seasonal swatch books

- Assist with customer care and product training

- Get involved in meetings and presentations.
