Managing late intake and feeding back to buyer in OPO meetings. Taking actions to prevent lateness. Sample Management Ensuring samples are organised efficiently, are opened in a timely manner and distributed to the correct place. Ability to quickly pull samples when needed. Approving production samples accurately and correctly. Ecom shoots Ensuring samples are on time for shoots. Setting up the shoot sheet the day before ecom shoots. Fits Attending category fit sessions and taking notes where necessary. Developments Chases in developments and feeds back on any problem suppliers. Assists buyer in sending out developments.
