We''re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Buyer''s Admin Assistant to join a busy and fast-paced buying and product development team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the creation of new product ranges while developing a career within buying, sourcing and product development.   Key Responsibilities    Creating and updating costing sheets accurately using Excel  Managing critical paths and tracking key project milestones  Maintaining and updating customer progress reports  Liaising with suppliers and international sourcing teams  Coordinating product samples, including tracking, packing and distribution  Supporting product development and range selection activities  Creating new product records and purchase orders on internal systems  Conducting online and in-store product research  Resolving day-to-day supplier and customer queries  Working closely with internal teams  Supporting trade shows and promotional events when required    About You    Experienced administrator  Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills  Exceptional attention to detail  Able to manage multiple...</description>
