As a key player in the buying and product development team, you will work collaboratively to create and refine exhilarating new product ranges that resonate with customers and drive sales.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular range reviews to enhance product offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.Collaborate with the Design team to analyse trends, identifying fresh market opportunities.Liaise with the Far East sourcing team and UK warehouse to ensure timely delivery of products.Set and uphold quality standards for all products.Manage category development, launching seasonal newness while evolving existing product lines.Drive the creative process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand vision.Negotiate pricing with suppliers to meet company margin requirements while fostering strong relationships.Oversee critical path management and ensure deadlines are met.Lead product selection meetings and provide mentorship to junior team members.Attend UK and overseas trade shows, enhancing supplier relationships and product knowledge.
