We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor for an experienced Buyer to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous buying or procurement experience within the construction industry to join a successful business delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, hospitality, retail and leisure sectors.

The Role

• Procure construction materials and specialist products.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate prices and manage purchase orders.
• Work closely with commercial and project teams.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget.

About You

• Previous experience as a Buyer within the construction industry is essential.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience within joinery, interiors or fit-out would be advantageous.
