Buyer - AutomotiveSalary: Up to 45,000 + Excellent BenefitsHybrid Working AvailableAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Buyer to join a growing automotive manufacturing business supplying a diverse and well-established customer base.As Buyer, you will play a key role within the procurement and supply chain function, responsible for sourcing and purchasing automotive components, materials, and services to support customer programmes and day-to-day manufacturing operations.Working closely with engineering, production, planning, quality, and supply chain, you will ensure the right parts and materials are available at the right time, while maintaining competitive costs, quality standards, and supplier performance.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Buyer with experience in automotive or manufacturing procurement to join a forward-thinking business and develop their career within a highly experienced procurement team.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and procure automotive components, materials, and services in line with production and customer requirements.Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, including cost, quality, delivery, and performance.Work closely with Production, Engineering, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure continuity of supply.Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and other commercial agreements with suppliers.Monitor supplier performance and proactively address delivery, quality, and supply issues.Support cost ..... full job details .....
