The ideal candidate will have exposure to residential construction; volume is preferred but not a pre-requisite. Key Responsibilities: Procurement & Package Management: Command all procurement workflows for the their brand new development, taking full ownership of scheduling, negotiating, and managing the end-to-end buying process for the site.
