Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Buyer to support the procurement process across the business, ensuring materials, goods and services are sourced competitively and delivered in line with project requirements. Buyer - Position Overview Manage the procurement of goods, materials and services to meet operational and project requirements. Source and evaluate suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations and ensuring value for money. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams. Work closely with the pre-construction team to support tenders, procurement and value engineering opportunities. Issue enquiry packages and evaluate quotations to ensure commercial and technical requirements are met. Liaise with site teams to coordinate and programme deliveries, ensuring materials are available when required. Monitor and expedite orders, maintaining accurate procurement and order records. Assess supplier performance and support improvements where required to ensure quality, cost and delivery expectations are met.
