      <description>Location: Derby | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Buyer  Procurement  Derby  up to £45k     SF Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity recruiting for a SME business based in Derby. The client is looking for a Buyer to join their Procurement team. This is a critical role responsible for creating supply plans and buying materials and parts for the Production schedule. This is a fast-paced role responding to business needs whilst meeting service levels. You will need excellent communication skills as you will be required to work closely with internal teams to ensure an effective flow of information as well as building strong relationships with key suppliers.    To be considered for this role it is essential you have previous Procurement and Planning experience and understand the processes. You will need solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management and forecasting techniques. You will need to be highly organised with problem solving skills.
