This is a transactional, process-driven role with a strong focus on purchase order management, MRP system purchasing, and supplier coordination to support production activities.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their procurement career looking to develop within a supply chain function.Key ResponsibilitiesRaise, process, and manage high volumes of purchase orders for materials using an MRP/ERP systemMonitor system-generated demand and convert requirements into timely purchase ordersExpedite orders with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered in line with production schedulesMaintain accurate purchasing data, supplier records, and system informationLiaise with internal teams (planning, production, finance) to ensure material availability and resolve queriesTrack deliveries, resolve shortages, and manage invoice or pricing discrepanciesSupport supplier communication, including obtaining quotations and tracking lead timesAssist in maintaining stock levels and supporting basic demand planning activitiesContribute to month-end processes, including reconciliation of purchase orders and goods receivedProvide general administrative support to the procurement functionAbout YouExperience in a purchasing, procurement admin, or supply chain support roleExperience working in a manufacturing or ..... full job details .....
