You''ll be the sole Buyer for one manufacturing site, managing the full supplier relationship cycle from negotiation through to contracts.This role is ideal for a Junior Buyer or Buying Coordinator ready to progress, or an experienced Buyer seeking a meaningful role with impact.What you''ll be doing:Managing material requirements planning (MRP)Negotiating with suppliers to achieve best value and performanceRunning supplier reviews and drafting supplier contractsSourcing and onboarding new suppliersAuthorising invoices and ensuring cost targets are achievedBuilding strong, lasting supplier relationshipsWhat we''re looking for:Proven experience purchasing raw materials (foam, plastics, upholstery preferred)Strong negotiation and supplier management skillsAble to work in a fast-paced, pressurised environment while maintaining accuracySomeone who thrives with autonomy and takes ownership of resultsSalary up to 32,000 Based in Halifax, West Yorkshire (fully office-based)Weekly travel to Staffordshire site (pool car provided) so own driving license ..... full job details .....
