Position: BuyerSalary: 45,000 - 50,000.Location: High WycombeHours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pmProactive currently have an exciting opportunity for a Buyer to begin work for a leading manufacturer in High Wycombe.Due to rapid company expansion and an ever growing order book, our client is hoping to recruit at least one additional Buyer to help ensure the quality and accuracy of the business/factory''s function is well maintained throughout this new and excited influx of work.You will be responsible for:Manage purchasing activities across a small-to-medium batch manufacturing environmentSource and procure materials, components and supplies required for productionObtain and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and availabilityManage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, lead times and purchasing termsSupport the preparation of purchasing quotations and material cost estimatesLiaise with Production and Engineering teams to understand material requirementsExperience:Background in ProcurementExperience in an electronics manufacturing environment If you are interested in this position, please apply with a copy of your CV and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss the opportunity with you in further detail.
