Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Buyer/Purchaser to join our procurement team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to play a key role in sourcing materials and components, managing supplier relationships, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing finished goods, raw materials, production components, and operational supplies while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.-

Key Responsibilities

+Research, identify, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms
+Source finished goods, raw materials, and production components in line with manufacturing specifications
+Coordinate with production planning teams to ensure material availability for manufacturing schedules
+Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders as required

Candidate Requirements

+Proven experience in a Buyer, Purchaser, Procurement, or Supply Chain role
+Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment
+Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
+Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
+Knowledge of import procedures, customs requirements, and international purchasing is desirable
