      <description>Location: Poole | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;42000/annum | Type: Permanent | A growing manufacturing organisation is seeking a Buyer to join its Supply Chain team. The Buyer will be responsible for procuring components and production materials, maintaining strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring material availability to support operational requirements and customer commitments.     Working closely with Operations, Sales, Logistics, and Quality functions, the Buyer will manage supplier performance, coordinate supply activities, and maintain accurate planning data to support business objectives.     Specific duties of the Buyer include:   Management of PO placement - scheduling, rescheduling and expediting of orders    Development of effective supplier partnerships to support quality, service, and commercial objectives.  Supply market intelligence and supplier selection activities  Stakeholder Management (operations, sales, quality etc), and external relationship management (suppliers and customers)  Investigate and resolve supply, delivery, and material availability challenges.
