Job Title: Buyer / Inventory Coordinator
Location: Loughborough
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: -15.91 per hour (approximately -30,000 per annum)
Contract: One 3-month role and one 6-month role, potential to become temp to perm
Position Summary
We are recruiting for Inventory Coordinators to join a leading European team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of products and suppliers, optimising customer satisfaction and service levels while efficiently managing inventory investment.
You will work with large data sets, use advanced Excel tools (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs), and collaborate with suppliers and colleagues across Europe to improve inventory quality and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of products and suppliers across Europe
Optimise customer satisfaction and inventory investment through effective inventory planning and purchase order management
Analyse data, identify issues, and make accurate decisions to drive operational efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Track shipments of purchase orders and resolve delivery issues in collaboration with warehouses
Requirements
Knowledge and experience in purchasing or inventory management
Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
