Buyer - 10-months contract-

We are seeking an experienced Buyer, conversant with COINS and expereince in construction-housebuilding to manage the procurement of materials, plant, and subcontract services for residential developments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing cost-effective suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support construction programmes.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of the housebuilding sector, excellent negotiation skills, and experience working closely with site, commercial, and technical teams to maintain quality, cost, and programme targets.
