This Buyer role offers the opportunity to support a busy procurement function, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently and delivered on time. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, based in Haddenham. This position is offering -32,000 to -38,000 per annum. Duties: Manage supplier onboarding and maintain supplier accreditation records. Raise, process and manage purchase orders across the business. Source pricing, availability and lead times from suppliers. Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries and purchasing queries. Work closely with internal departments to support purchasing requirements. Process GRPOs and resolve invoice queries. Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up where required. Support import activity, freight arrangements and customs administration. Research alternative products and suppliers whilst maintaining accurate records. Experience: Previous experience in a Buyer, procurement, purchasing or supply chain role.
