We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to work on a full time and temporary basis for our client based in Loughborough.

Job title: Buyer

Type of role: Temporary with an aim to become permanent

Salary: -14 per hour

Location: Loughborough

About the role:

- Procurement of materials to support production

- Track deliveries and collections, updating relevant teams.

- Negotiate payment terms and review pricing for value.

- Validate supplier quotations to maintain profit margins.

- Maintain approved supplier list and research new suppliers.

- Ensure product quality and resolve supplier issues.

- Use data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.

About you:

- Experience in manufacturing and purchasing.

- Strong supplier negotiation and ERP proficiency

- Effective communication and decision-making.
