Your ability to navigate the complexities of housing developments will be crucial, providing you with a rewarding challenge and the satisfaction of seeing projects come to fruition.Key duties and responsibilities: - Independently manage the procurement process for housing developments. - Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality. - Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials. - Collaborate with project managers and site teams to align procurement with project timelines. - Utilise "COINS" software for efficient procurement and inventory management. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory.Skills and experience: - Proven experience in running housing developments independently. - Strong background in the residential housing/contracting sector. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.This role is ..... full job details .....
