Buyer (Construction) 35,000 - 40,000 ( 45k OTE) + Private Medical and Dental + Progression + Training + Company Bonus Wrexham, Denbighshire Are you a Buyer or similar with experience within the construction industry, looking to join an established business where you will play a key role supporting procurement across a varied portfolio of Commercial, Agricultural and Industrial construction projects?This company offer a wide range of services within the construction industry and have grown year on year. Due to their impressive pipeline of projects and influx of work, they are looking to grow the team.In this role you will be involved with supporting all aspects of the business from their design team to construction and utilities. You will assist with; material take-offs, procuring materials, coordinating hires and quotations, negotiating with suppliers as well as identifying supply chain risks.This role will suit a buyer from the construction industry looking to take ownership of purchasing requirements across multiple projects, with responsibility for everything from processing site requisitions to raising purchase orders.The Role:Develop and maintain an effective system for monitoring all open purchase ordersTrack orders through to fulfilment and ensure relevant documentation is accurately maintainedNegotiate with suppliers and coordinate plant hiresLiaise closely with site teams to ensure deliveries correspond with purchase ordersIdentify and report back-ordered, delayed ..... full job details .....
