Bela Recruitment is recruiting a Purchaser / Buyer to join a food and fresh produce business based in Co. Derry / Londonderry. Ideally my client would love someone with previous - Purchasing, Buying, Procurement, Stock Control or Supply Chain experience, however, they are fully prepared to train someone who has never done this before but eager to learn. This job has a start time of 5am each day, hence they appreciate it won''t suit everyone, but are keen to find a person who can work with that start time and keen to learn - they will fully train you for a career as their Purchaser. The 5am start is to give you 1 hr each morning to analyse stock levels/previous sales, plan for buying before the EU markets open at 6am and purchasing starts. You will play an important part in ensuring the business has the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time. While starting at 5am, you will be finished most days around 12/1pm, so could suit someone looking to cut down on childcare cost, partner works shifts, enjoy afternoon gym/golf, have your afternoon''s free each day from 1pm!
