This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded procurement professional to play a key role in supporting production and supply chain operations.The RoleYou will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of parts and materials, supporting production targets while driving cost efficiency and supplier performance.Managing and progressing purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveryAnalysing demand, forecasting requirements and managing stock levelsDeveloping and maintaining strong supplier relationshipsNegotiating pricing, contracts and long-term agreementsMonitoring supplier performance, quality and delivery metricsSupporting cost reduction and continuous improvement initiativesWorking closely with internal teams including production, engineering and financeMaintaining accurate procurement systems and reportingAbout YouPrevious experience in a similar Buyer / Procurement / Supply Chain positionStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsSAP experience an advantageExcellent organisational and communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and ..... full job details .....
