The role involves working closely with the origination and sales teams to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mortgage cases, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers and customers while maintaining high service and compliance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Buy-to-Let (BTL) sales activities by delivering excellent service to brokers and customers, while managing internal execution processes efficiently.Act as the primary liaison for intermediaries placing BTL business, ensuring a smooth journey across all stages including case submission, packaging, review, valuation, and completion.Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers by keeping them informed about product offerings, lending criteria, and packaging requirements to ensure seamless processing.Regularly update Business Development Managers (BDMs) and brokers on case progress, outstanding requirements, and escalations. Maintain and track key MI reports to demonstrate pipeline performance.Manage and monitor the pipeline of mortgage cases, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression across all stages.Participate in business meetings, networking events, and industry engagements to promote brand ..... full job details .....
