We re recruiting for an experienced Butchery Manager to lead production operations for a well-established and award-winning business in Inverclyde. What you will get in your new role Salary between £38,000 and £40,000 per annum Free On-Site Parking Store Discounts Shifts 5/7 days, 7.30am to 4.30pm Responsibilities in your new role as Butchery Manager Lead, motivate, and manage a production butchery team of 12+ staff Ensure high-quality standards across all products and orders Oversee daily production and dispatch operations Conduct team reviews and provide ongoing training and feedback Improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste Manage stock levels and control material costs Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards Support the development of new and existing product lines Your personality, experience and qualifications Previous experience within production butchery or meat retail Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or management role Strong understanding of meat cuts, preparation, and storage practices Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good organisational and computer skills Apply now!
