Butcher (Trainee or Skilled)

Due to growth and new business wins, my client is seeking experienced Butchers / Boners/ Trimmers.

You will be responsible for boning or trimming a diverse range of meat in a fast paced, high speed factory environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Boning and trimming meat following production specifications
• Following production plans.
• Lifting heavy meat
• Helping out in other areas of the factory

Experience :

• Experience in trimming or boning poultry, beef or lamb advantageous
• Good English skills, written and oral
• Level 2 food and hygiene desirable

Benefits

• Salary:-14-16.50ph
• Overtime paid
• Weekly pay
• 5am- 3pm Monday to Thursday
• 5am-1.30pm Friday
• Overtime (1.5 or double time sundays)
