Butcher- Night shifts

Romax Recruitment are looking for experienced Butchers to join our leading client based in Hounslow, London. Hours: 20:00PM-06:00AM 16.51 Per Hour (Including Holiday) Temp to perm You will be working in a cold environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Cutting of all pork cuts for retail boxes Breaking of pig carcasses and cutting and packing Preparation of sausages (Mincing, tying) Receive deliveries of meat Assist with stock intake Requirements: Knowledge of meat preparation and cuts Experience making sausages Minimum 3 years experience working as a butcher Ability to use hand tools If you have the above requirements, experience and available to start immediately please do apply within and member of our team will be in touch.
