Pay Rates: -13.00 - -19.50 (Dependent on skill level)

Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 15:30 (Level of flexibility required)

What you''ll be doing:

Cutting, deboning, and preparing carcasses to required specifications

Dressing and trimming carcasses to a high standard

Maintaining speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Following strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards

What we''re looking for:

Proven experience in butchery (carcass cutting & deboning lamb)

Confident working with precision and efficiency

Reliable, hardworking, and consistent in performance

Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality
