As we prepare to move into a brand-new, purpose-built facility in Yate in early 2026, we re looking for a skilled and motivated Butcher to join our team and play a key role in this exciting new chapter. You will be working from Shirehampton, until the wholesale side of the business is relocated to Yate.About the role:You ll be working within our wholesale operation, supplying high-quality meat products to a range of clients including restaurants, caterers, and retailers. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their craft and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:Cutting, boning, and preparing meat to wholesale specificationsEnsuring high standards of hygiene and food safetyAssisting with packing and order fulfilmentSupporting the transition to the new Yate facilityContributing to process improvements and operational efficiencyAbout You:Proven experience as a Butcher, ideally in a wholesale or high-volume settingStrong knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniquesReliable, ..... full job details .....
