Job description Working Hours: 40+ per Week Normal working days: Monday to Friday PAY £22-£25ph + Bonuses Start Times 4am - 2.30pm Would you like to be part of a successful and traditional family business, working within a hard-working team where quality, craftmanship and pride in the trade matter? We are looking to recruit skilled butchers to join our experienced team. This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to work across different areas of the business, in the abattoir and production facility. The successful candidate must be able to: Work successfully as part of a team Follow instructions and work safely with a wide range of equipment Be self-motivated, reliable and prepared to work hard Key Responsibilities Butchering carcasses to our high specification Beef/ Pork and Lamb .
