The team ensures payroll systems run reliably day to day while also delivering improvement and transformation initiatives. Role Purpose We are looking for a competent Business or Systems Analyst to join our EU Payroll IT team. This role will split time between supporting business as usual (BAU) payroll IT activities and contributing to future programmes of work, particularly within the UK. The ideal candidate will have strong core BA skills, with some technical understanding being a valuable bonus, particularly around system architecture, environments and release processes.
