At Kaplan International College London, we are looking to appoint a Business Tutor to join our successful team and provide stimulating, effective teaching to international students preparing to study on undergraduate and/or postgraduate programmes at our partner universities. We are looking for individuals with knowledge in these curriculum areas: Business Organizations and Management, Marketing, Strategic Management, Project Management, and Business Environment. What you''ll bring to the role Experience of teaching post-16 students (a recognised teaching qualification would be an advantage). A student-centred approach and the ability to plan, facilitate and review engaging learning experiences that enable all students to achieve and flourish. Empathy and understanding of the needs of international students in transition to studying Higher Education in the UK. Demonstrable experience of using digital technologies, including AI, to enhance learning, assessment and student engagement, together with a willingness to embrace innovation.
