We have the perfect role for you!We are partnering with an Independent Travel Management Company seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join their close-knit team on a fully remote basis. This role focuses on servicing oil and gas and marine industry clients, providing end-to-end travel solutions for offshore crews, contractors, and corporate teams worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.Make domestic and international flight bookings, including crew rotations and offshore flights, using a GDS system.Book hotels, transfers, and other ancillary services for corporate and offshore travel requirements.Accurately input reservations into booking systems and manage all related documentation, including compliance with company travel policies.Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently, often under tight schedules.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, airline policies, and marine/offshore travel requirements.Requirements:1-2 years'' experience in corporate travel, preferably managing marine or oil and gas accounts.Proficiency in a GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) or similar booking platforms.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise ..... full job details .....
