DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:Working Monday to Friday, (Apply online only), this an office based role in North Birmingham (Fridays from home)Taking enquiries over the phone and also via e-mail regarding business travel arrangementsWorking on a key accounts, largely sporting bodies and dealing with some eventsBooking a wide variety of business travel requirements including flights, hotel, car hire, rail, transfers etcUtilising CRS Sabre to make reservationsOffering excellent customer service, building a rapport with the clientsExecuting duties according to the service level agreements for each client EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:The successful candidate will ideally be GDS Sabre trained, (or they can cross-train from Galileo or Amadeus),with experience from a corporate travel or sports tours environment.
