With significant growth plans, major system implementations and ongoing acquisitions, they are seeking a highly motivated Business Transformation Coordinator to help drive projects and business improvement initiatives across the organisation. This is a newly created role offering exposure to senior leadership, strategic projects and the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a fast-paced and ambitious business. The successful candidate will support and coordinate multiple transformation projects, helping ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, on time and with measurable business benefit. Key Responsibilities Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across the business Take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery Support major business transformation initiatives, including CRM and future ERP implementations Analyse business data and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains Review, map and improve business processes Monitor project progress, risks, actions and key deliverables Produce reports, dashboards and presentation materials for stakeholders Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across the organisation Ensure projects remain focused on delivering measurable ..... full job details .....
