Supply Desk is currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in High Wycombe, seeking a dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is passionate about Business and Economics and committed to preparing students for success in an ever-evolving global economy. About the Role:


  • Deliver engaging and relevant Business Studies lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and ideally KS5
  • Encourage critical thinking, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial skills
  • Use real-life business scenarios and case studies to enrich the learning experience
  • Assess student progress, set achievable goals, and provide constructive feedback
  • Contribute to wider school initiatives, including enterprise clubs, career events, and enrichment activities
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to drive high standards of teaching and learning



The ideal candidate will:


  • Hold QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification (ECTs are also encouraged to apply)
  • Have experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level (KS4/KS5 experience desirable)
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for delivering engaging, practical lessons
  • Be committed to helping students understand real-world economic and business challenges
  • Show excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
  • Be dedicated to safeguarding, inclusion, and ongoing professional development
