The role requires a strategic thinker who can deliver tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.Client DetailsOur client is a highly respected top 25 practice based in Leatherhead.DescriptionThis role will include the following duties:Preparing and potentially reviewing UK corporation tax computationsMonitoring reporting and payment deadlinesWorking closely with audit and accounts team to advise on tax accounting entries and disclosuresTraining and mentoring junior colleagues within the Business Tax TeamProviding corporation tax compliance proposals and quotes to prospective clientsSubject to experience, coordinating and reviewing other business tax related returns (e.g. ATED, ERS, EMI, P11Ds etc)Monitoring and managing financial performance in line with KPIsManaging any related correspondence with clients and HMRCIdentifying opportunities for tax planning, risk mitigation and cross-selling between service lines to ensure clients receive a proactive and effective serviceAssisting with any other ad hoc projects and duties as may reasonably be requiredEnsuring the Firm''s technical, ethical, risk and compliance procedures are adhered to in all casesProfileA successful Business Tax Senior should have:A recognised accountancy/tax qualification (ACCA/ACA/CTA etc.) Or QBECorporate tax technical and practical knowledgeGood knowledge of ..... full job details .....
