This is a new role where you ll play a key part in supporting our colleagues to confidently use our systems in the right way, improving both individual performance and the services we deliver to our customers. You ll take a user-focused approach, turning system use into clear, practical learning, delivered across both on-site, virtual and blended learning environments.
