Business Systems Support and Data Analyst SaaS, CRM, Power BI, hybrid Bristol £50,000 to £55,000 Hybrid working in Bristol, three days a week in the office if local. This is a business systems support role with data, reporting, and insights built in. It is not a pure Business Analyst role. It is not a pure Data Analyst role. It is not a big data or data-crunching job. You will support and improve the systems that a growing professional services business runs on, help colleagues use those systems effectively, and turn the data within them into clear, useful reporting. Why This Opportunity Our client is a small, technology-led professional services business with modern systems already in place. They now need one clear owner for business applications, SaaS platforms, CRM administration, data quality, reporting, and practical improvement. There is real opportunity here. You will be able to lead on systems, data quality, reporting, automation, and better ways of working. But you also need to be happy doing the hands-on parts: users, permissions, configuration, documentation, system queries, and supplier coordination. There is an external managed IT provider to lean on for specialist technical delivery. You will be the informed internal owner who keeps things moving.
