Job Category: Business Support and AdministrationThe Service and Team: An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Business Systems Support Officer within the Business Systems Support Team. The team supports approximately 2,500 system users in the Care and Wellbeing and Together for Families Directorates.The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business System Support Officer to support and develop the Directorate''s case management systems (MOSAIC, Core+ and Synergy). Main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Support operational and business support colleagues in the analysis of business requirements and the creation of system development specifications
Create system change documentation based on business requirements
Develop, configure and maintain the primary case management systems (MOSAIC, Synergy and Core+) used within the Together for Families Directorate and the Care and Wellbeing Directorate, ensuring system and data integrity is maintained at all times
ResponsibilitiesLead Business Requirement and User Acceptance meetings to gain approval from Managers for system changes
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes meet business needs and are delivered with quality and timeliness
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for case management/workflow-based systems
What you’ll need to succeedYou must hold a HNC, HND, NVQ Level 4 with relevant technological, linguistic or analytical content or have equivalent qualification/experience
You will have good analytical skills and the ability to produce accurate work in a timely manner
Experience with a range of IT systems and preferably case management/workflow-based systems
Public/customer-facing role experience and the ability to operate to the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers
Eligible to work in the UK and able to undergo standard criminal record disclosure checks
