Business Systems Manager London Fire Solutions (LFS) Location: Gillingham, Kent predominantly office-based Salary: £50,000 £60,000 depending on experience Contract: Full-time, permanent Reporting to: Managing Director About us London Fire Solutions is an established and growing passive fire protection business, specialising in the manufacture, installation and maintenance of fire doors, fire stopping and compartmentation. Operating from our 30,000 sq ft facility in Gillingham, we work with housing associations, local authorities, healthcare providers and main contractors across London and the South East. As the business continues to grow, we''re investing in our people, systems and technology to improve efficiency, strengthen our operations and provide a better service to our clients. The role We''re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Business Systems Manager to take ownership of our business systems, integrations, automation and management information. This is a new position reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the senior management team. Our main systems include HubSpot, OneTrace, Aeromark and Microsoft 365. We want someone who can make these systems work together effectively, reduce unnecessary administration and provide accurate, real-time information across the business.
